A Memories Family and friend member is any person who has a Memories account.
A Viewer is someone invited only to view the memorial and cannot add anything to it.
A Contributor is someone invited to both view and contribute to the memorial by adding memories, reactions, comments, and tributes.
An Administrator is someone invited by the memorial’s owner to manage it. Administrators can view and contribute to the memorial, change settings, edit and delete memories and comments, and remove members from the memorial.
An Owner is the person who owns a memorial. Owners have the same privileges as administrators but cannot be removed by an administrator.
How to Invite Family and Friends and change permissions:
1. First, on the top right corner of the Memorial page, click on 'Invite.'
2. Next, choose one of the three ways to invite Family and Friends members (Related Article: Invite family and friends to contribute to a memorial).
2.1. If you prefer to invite family and friends with email addresses, click on 'Invite by email.' Add the email address of the person you want to invite to the memorial and hit enter. Then, select the level of access you'd like to provide. Optionally, customize the message sent to them. When ready, click the 'Send invitation email' button.
2.2. If you wish to send the invite sharing the memorial link, click on 'Share invitation link', the link will be copied and ready to paste into a a text message, email, etc.

3. Names and types of access for successfully invited people will be displayed on the Manage family and friends page.
4. Manage the access for each Member by clicking the drop-down icon and choose Admin, Contributor or View.
