1. Sign in to your FutureMe account.

2. Click on your email address on the top right corner.

3. Click Manage Account.

4. Then click on Notification settings.

5. You can manage your email and push notification settings by ticking the box that corresponds to your preference.

6. You can also change the periodic reminder to write letters (frequency - never, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly).

7. Click Save changes once you are done.
