1. Log into your Memories account by clicking on this link.

2. Click Sign In.

3. Click on the circle in top right hand corner of the screen and select Account Settings.

5. Update your profile information, as necessary.

• You may update your First name and Last name
• Change password
• You may nominate a Legacy Contact

6. Click Save to update the changes made.

You may contact our Support Team if you wish to: 

• Delete your account.
