1. Go to https://memories.net/
2. Click Login.
3. Click Forgot password.
4. Enter your email address and click Reset My Password. A confirmation pop-up screen will appear.
5. Check your email for the password reset message and click Reset My Password.
6. Enter a new password and click Reset password.
