Memories provides support coverage worldwide through its two (2) office locations in Melbourne and Manila. Memories offers a multi-tiered support organization to ensure adequate coverage of all issues from technology users | partners, including succession planning for each of our valued resources.
All support issues that are raised are tracked with a unique “ticket” number. All tickets are logged in our Customer Resource Management System (CRM), during local office hours. The assigned Support Analyst/Team from Memories Concierge would be the point of contact until a resolution is found or someone from a higher management level takes over (if escalation is necessary). Our Support Team leverages their extensive product knowledge and experience, as well as Memories’ internal resource framework, to manage the tickets and offer resolution in a timely manner.
