All good things must come to an end, and be replaced with something even better!
A couple of days ago, we launched a much improved and easy-to-use website and new app for Apple and Android Phones. On the same day, on this part of the Help Centre, a couple of notices were uploaded as well to give all of you an idea about how the upgrading of our website is being carried out.
You may have noticed the new platform technology and it’s all about new look, speed, performance and great new features. The improvements don't end here as we are geared towards enhancing the site and app even further to fulfill our promise of keeping the memories of your loved ones forever.
While it is true that our upgrading has taken a bit longer than expected, it’s because we’d like to ensure that what we give you is an error-free product/technology.
So far, these are the updates on our behind the scenes work:
- The majority of the Memories Pages (now Timelines) are up and live with only a few that still aren't accessible.
- There are some reported technical issues and unusual behaviors which we are checking and fixing one-by-one for each user.
- We guaranteed that your contents would be ported to the new website, and we did that.
Hence, if you are able to log in to your account, please review and give us feedback on what's working and what's not. I'll have our Technical Team look into such issues and rectify the situation.
