Memories has been working hard to transform the way the world celebrates a life well-lived, with our platform continuously undergoing exciting changes to improve our member experience.
Changes will update the look and feel of the platform, while also helping members better safeguard and share the memories of people, places, moments and milestones that matter the most.
Here’s a quick update of everything happening behind-the-scenes:
New website and App
With new customers flocking to our platform every day, we are constantly working on ways to make the experience as smooth and simple as possible.
Members can expect to see some small tweaks and adjustments on current experience, with Memories making a significant investment into the development of launching of a new app and a responsive web design to ensure pages render on a variety of devices and screen sizes.
With the new site and app, we are continuing to improve our current user experience.
Expect to hear more from us
Memories are improving communication with our existing members and those who might need a little motivation to get their page published.
We will also be offering some advice on how to get the most from Memories pages.
Tailoring the experience for global users
Currently we have users in over 50 countries across the world, with the US, Australia and Philippines our biggest markets.
As a global platform, Memories understands the importance of serving our members regardless of where they live in the world.
To ensure a more local experience for users, we are working to add AWS Translate for non-English speaking users and custom homepages celebrating the diverse cultures of our members.
Working with other businesses
We are currently the proud publisher of the digital tributes for Nine’s mastheads The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, WA Today and Brisbane Times.
We will soon announce another deal with one of Australia’s leading rural and regional newspaper and community-based website publishers.
The market leader
The changes underway will build on our fresh and modern design, and will further position Memories as the clear market leader.
Our ever-growing digital team is unparalleled in talent and scale, with Memories set to transform the way we share our past, present and future with those who matter the most.
