How to get the shipping status of my online order?
Customers can visit the order status page to check the progress of their order as it's fulfilled. Memories normally update order confirmation and shipping statuses real-time, we can automatically send customers a link to the order status page by email, SMS text, or through the Shop app.
The type of notification you will receive as a customer depends on the contact information you enter at checkout. For example, if a customer enters their email address and phone number, they receive email and SMS text notifications. Customers are given the choice to opt-in to these notifications.
As a standard, customer order status and shipping updates are sent by email, and may include a link to the order status page with special notes and messages.
