Memories want you to be excited about your purchase from our online store. However, if you need to report and/or return a damaged or wrong order item, we’re always happy to help.
If the product or item you received appears to be damaged (or it's the wrong item delivered to you), please contact us so we can provide you the steps necessary to either replace it or initiate a refund.
As a general store policy, any product and/or item that needs to be returned to Memories must be in their original condition and packaging (when it was received).
