A free Living Timeline will allow you to add unlimited content, including photos, videos, text, and more. It will be a private Timeline and only you will be able to see the memories you save there.
A paid Living Timeline will allow you to share and invite others to add memories and contribute to your timeline.
Online memorials are a paid-only experience.
1. How much does it cost to have a Memorial or paid Living Timeline?
The prices depend on the product you choose.
2. How does this change affect me?
If you are an existing member at Memories, you do not need to do anything, and will not experience any disruptions in your experience. That said, you will now have unlimited storage, instead of a 1GB limit.
If you would like to create a new Timeline and share it with friends and family or create an online memorial, then you will need to make a one-off payment.
3. I'm on a Yearly or Lifetime Membership. How does this affect me?
If you have a Yearly Membership or Lifetime Premium Membership, you do not need to do anything, and will not experience any disruptions in your experience.
If you would like to cancel your subscription and return to a free account, you will still be able to create new private, personal Timelines where only you will be able to see the Memories. If you wish to create an online memorial after cancelling your subscription, you will need to make a one-off payment for it.
4. Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Please submit an email request to the Support Team to cancel your subscription.
Once you cancel, you will be unable to make full use of all Memories features. Your existing Timelines will be kept as they are, but any new Living Timeline will follow the new rules. If you wish to create an online memorial, you will need to make a one-off payment for it.
5. Wait. Do I have unlimited storage space?
Yes, we now provide unlimited storage to all members. That includes in your Vault, where you can save important documents, records, and mementos that you might prefer not to add to your Timelines.
6. I've purchased a Memories memorial or Living Timeline, but I still don't have access to any of the new features. What should I do?
Once you have purchased, give it a moment and refresh the page.
If your online memorial or paid Timeline is still not available, you can try signing out and back in. If you are using the Memories app, try updating it.
