To create an online memorial, or to share your Living Timeline with family and friends, you’ll need to make a one-off payment. If you have a coupon to redeem, follow the instructions below.

1. Log into your Memories account at https://memories.net/
2. Select the Timeline you wish to unlock.
3. If it is a Living Timeline, click on the Upgrade button. If you would like to unlock a memorial, click on Make it forever.
4. Choose the appropriate currency for your location.
5. Click Buy Now. 
6. Click Apply coupon.
7. Enter the coupon code and click on the blue arrow to validate your coupon and click Proceed to Checkout.
