Here's how to reset your password: 

1. Open Google Chrome. The Memories Admin does not support Internet Explorer (IE). Visit https://admin.memories.net/ and click Log in, then click Forgot password?

2. Enter your InvoCare email address. This will be your first name and last name @invocare.com.au. Then click Reset my password

3. Check your email for the password reset message and click on the blue link that says Click here. Make sure that the link opens in Google Chrome. You may need to copy and paste it into the Chrome browser.

4. Enter a new password and click Reset password. You will see a confirmation screen to say that the password has been changed.
