Condolence Management for Staff

Staff can manage condolences online via the condolences tab on their Naoca platform.

Please note, staff are not able to edit the comments left by family but can remove condolences – ban authors (via email), delete a post or un-approve.

Funeral home staff can also change the default behavior when family and friends post a condolence. By going to Settings > Condolences, you can select whether a new condolence needs to be manually approved by staff before appearing on your website.
