Comments can be managed from the Comments tab within the event dashboard. You will see a list of all comments on the event. Click the eye icon to preview a comment or click the ellipsis icon to see the control options:
Edit the comment's approval status
Unapprove the comment. This will hide it so that nobody can read it.
Ban Author of the comment from making another comment
Delete the comment
The following options appear in the Event option of each client:
These settings are specific to each client and when enabled, override the global comment settings for your organisation. Also, note that these settings will have no effect on any integrated plugins on your own website and only affect comment settings on events viewed through our public event viewing page.
