There are a number of ways to transfer large files, such as MP4 files (which can reach sizes of several gigabytes) over the Internet, some of which you may be familiar with or even using already, such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

If you have a specific file of less than 5GB that you want to send, either to us or another recipient, we often recommend a service like pCloud, since it is a one-off, end-to-end transfer and is relatively simple to use.

To send a file using pCloud, first open https://transfer.pcloud.com and click Click here to add files:

Your file browsing dialog box should appear and allow you to select a single, or multiple files to add to this transfer:

Select the file or files you want to add to your transfer and then click Open - you should see the files listed in the transfer:

Finally, enter the details of the recipient, your email address and a short message, accept pCloud's Privacy Policy, then click Send Files to begin the transfer:
