Streaming Disclaimer

Live streamed events can be set to be private or publicly available. Recordings of live streamed events may also be uploaded for future viewing. At the wish of our client Funeral Directors and Families some funeral services, events and meetings may not be streamed or recorded. The status of live streamed events, whether public or private and the availability of those events are controlled by Naoca's streaming clients and not Naoca.

Technical Disclaimer

There may be situations where, due to technical difficulties, a scheduled live stream may not be available. While every effort will be made to ensure that audio visual equipment, Internet connections and supporting website and infrastructure are up and available when required for a live streamed event, Naoca and our streaming clients take no responsibility for, and cannot be held liable for a live streamed event or website being temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons outside of our control. Technical issues may include but are not limited to the availability of the internet connection, device failure or malfunction, unavailability of platforms or power outages. Every effort will be made to notify our clients of any planned downtime or disruption.

We reserve the right to terminate, discontinue or interrupt a live stream / recording if believed it is advisable to do so. Such direction will only be given in exceptional circumstances where content is considered misleading, in appropriate or inflammatory.
