FAQ
Why am I not getting these Activity Statements in my monthly invoice?
The ability to view Activity Statements on the Naoca platform has been a feature requested for some time. Now that we've built this ability, there is no requirement to double-handle this information since it can be retrieved from the website at any time.
Why does the totals on my Activity Statement look different to my invoice?
It's important to know that the Activity Statement only reflects the activity that is happening or has happened at the time of it's generation. This means that the monthly invoice you receive reflects all of the known and billable activity at that exact point in time. You may delete or rename clients, live streams, recordings, change subscription etc during the month and this means that the current "live" Activity Statement will potentially contain different information than your monthly invoice. We will continue to work on improving this historical snapshot ability, but your invoice is authoritative and is based on current data at the time of issue.
